The owner of this portfolio is a physicist in training studying light-matter interaction using quantum mechanics. His perspective toward photography took a drastic turn during his mid 20s when he tried to grow as a person.
He realised that there are cherisable moments to capture, vibrant colours to command, and structures to juxtapose. He realised that he should make an effort to transform his chaotic, incoherently mixed outlook of life into something tangible (and hopefully, beautiful). Something that he can share and discuss with people around, and so he embarked on this journey of photography.
He named this portfolio light-sensor interaction partly because he is a physics student and mainly because that is exactly what happens. Analog signals from countless packets of arbitrarily polarized photons transformed to discrete bursts of electrical currents. Depth of field as the principle of convergence of rays. Shutter speed, in essence, being the time integral of light expose. You get the idea.
Mostly shot by Fujifilm X-T20 + XF 35mm f/2.0.
